ALICE CARPENTER was born 03 August 1590 in Wrington, Somerset COurt in England, daughter of Alexander Carpenter and Priscilla Dillen.  Alice died 26th of March 1670 in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

 

She married 1. Edward Southworth on the 28th of May 1613 in Leiden, Holland and they would have two children, Constant and Thomas.  As a widower she married 2. Governor William Bradford on 14th of August 1623 in Plymouth Massachusetts, where the couple immigrated to as the Pilgrims of Massachusetts.

 

They would have three children, Major William Bradford, Mercy Bradford and Joseph Bradford.
